Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These terms govern your use of AETHLAN's missed-call recovery and messaging services. By using the service you agree to them. Plain English, no traps.

The service

AETHLAN answers your business's missed calls by text on your behalf, holds a conversation with your customer, books appointments, and reports the results — including a ledger of recovered revenue — in your dashboard. You review and approve bookings; AETHLAN assists your business but does not replace your judgment, and you remain responsible for serving your customers.

Billing

Your responsibilities

Messaging compliance

Messages are sent in response to a customer's call or text to your business. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP (honored automatically) and get help by replying HELP. You agree not to use the service to message people who have not contacted your business.

Your data

Your customer data is yours. We use it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination, you may request an export of your call and text history, and we will port any dedicated recovery number to you within 5 business days. Your number is never held hostage.

Service quality

We work hard to keep the service fast and available, but no software is perfect: telephony carriers, messaging networks, and AI models can have outages or errors beyond our control. The service is provided "as is." Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Termination

Either side may end the service at any time with notice. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or messaging regulations. If we terminate without cause, we refund any prepaid unused period.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we will update this page and note the new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
